Still Smoking That Bong

Good stuff as usual!

With my wife, daughter, and grandkids out driving/riding on the same roads as this stoner, I'd have a hard time NOT sending this to local LEO. Consider it a public service.

Call the EPA. Its probably some sort of serious violation to dump your rancid bong water out on the street like that!

Even before he dumps his bong water, you can see the bong water stains on his driver's door from previous dumps.

I don't have much tolerance for people driving while intoxicated whether it's alcohol, marijuana, or pills. I say fuck it, put the license plate in the video title and description for the SEO. Post it to nextdoor, facebook, and twitter and tweet it at the local news and pd.
