Hello

when I zoom the camera does not focus, I have to focus manually
the cam have the firmware

have you tried asking the manufacturer?

I have the same problem with my AP004. I received the following reply from tech@sricctv.com:

Dear customer

The preset for the zoom can't focus
automatically.
If there's anything else I can do for you on/regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me at any time.

I had same issue. Camera have only two zoom positions and lenses should maintain focus in both. I have disassembled camera, tuned optics - now working fine. Received 20USD compensation from sricam. If someone can suggest something instead awful software - please do! No rtp!!!

Can you please explain a little more about what you did to fix the focus issue cheers
 
I took camera out of case and it focused fine. It seems the lens hits the the glass front cover and affects the focus! Add a washer or two where the camera mounts to the front mounting.
