Most coax as it relates to the security camera world is old crappy poorly shielded rg-59 cable with a poor center conducter and even poorer dielectric (the insulation around the center conductor). By splitting your going to reduce the signal by 3.5 dBm as that is what the standard loss of a quality 2-way splitter is. Combine that loss with the attenuation of rg-59 cable and I would say don't do it. My guess is since no one responded to this also its most likely not possible or surely not recommended.
