Specifiing disk quotas on HIKVISION DS-7204/7208/16HQHI-F1/N/A does nothing

I have setup disk quotas on HIKVISION DS-7204/7208/16HQHI-F1/N/A DVR on IP Camera channel as follows:

No matter if I do it before or after formatting the disk, the quota is being ignored and recordings have the size of 10 GB and growing.
Is this an annoying and very basic bug or am I missing something?

The screenshot shows the camera using 1GB, not 10GB.

I have formatted the disk again meanwhile, it was 10 GB before formatting. Now it is over 2GB again.

I have upgraded from 3.4.41 to 3.4.75
(http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/index.php?dir=Product Firmware/Back-ends/Recorder/DVR/Turbo 3.0 DS-HUHI-F,HQHI-F/v3.4.75 Build160827/).

In More settings in Menu>Record>Parameters there is Expired Time: setting, which enables me to automatically delete old videos.
Now I do not need disk quota any longer.
