Here's some pictures (stills from video) of some fool snagging a package off my front porch.

It was just a $25 summer dress that my wife bought. I would have loved to have seen the look on his face when he opened the box. I hope if fits him.

I've provided the video to the local PD. I don't expect anything. Maybe just a piece of a larger puzzle for them...

imagine that, i love this post!! hope they get your dress back and send his sorry ass back to where he came from.
 
That's a clear enough shot. Go post that image or video of the incident on a few of the local facebook pages in your city/town as well as news stations. Most news stations eat this crap up when they can get super clear video and image captures like this - not to mention the fact it's a sun dress adds minor humor to the story/situation. This is one of those things that will go viral pretty quick and won't take long to ID him.

One of my co workers had this happen last year with a pair of $100 ear rings. Posted it online, went viral with local media, then went regional the following week and then got picked up nationally a week after that when the guy was ID'd and arrested.

Thanks. Do you have the exposure settings fine-tuned, or just at the default settings? I have a 4MP "Pro HD" Amcrest bullet camera and the footage I'm getting is nowhere as good as yours.
 
Society must have forced him to steal somehow. You had it, and he didn't, so therefore it was okay for him to take it, he figured. ;-)
