SmartPSS cuts the video in the main stream.
At the same time, the sub stream works flawlessly.
The problem is observed only on one computer.
And this happens at a time when I am working hard to optimize the speed of sites.
Video codecs are new. The version of the SmartPSS is current. Please tell me what to do.

What monitor resolution is on both your computer?

look at your data rates the sub stream is 76Kbps the main stream is 10325 kbps. Your frame in the main stream is 2560x1440 will your display support this

Look at your screen shots that post the resolution,upper left corner. You have something miss configured, the wrong codec maybe
