smart pss - events' history removed after restart

Hi,
For those who are still using Smart PSS;
After restarting the application, all events disappear and an empty list is shown.
Is there a configuration setting that allows the application to retain events after a restart?

Are you using the pc-NVR function? Are you talking about recordings ?

I use it and Lite for live view/playback and nothing is disappearing

1. No, I'm not referring to recordings, but to the Event's window, which shows all alerts (intrusion/cross, human detection, etc.).
Yes, these events have the recordings (pictures and videos) which correlated to them.
attached is the events' window, that I refer to. After restarting, all event are being cleared.
Also attached the smart pss installed version (taken from "about").

2. So, are you using PC-NVR and smart pss lite separately? - is there an option to install PC-NVR separately (not as part of smart pss)?

I dont believe so, you can install SmartPSS without installing the PC-NVR component, at least I always did. I havent used PC-NVR since once trying it years ago.

I would think the Events list would clear on closing or restarting the program. I'll test today

So, how do you keep all recordings? Blue Iris?
Do you use smart pss lite? - how is it?
Do you know if smart pss works with win11? - yes, I know it is officially not supported anymore.
