Setup motion push notifications to HIK Connect App

Hi everyone,
I've installed a NVR and 7 poe cameras on it. I want to setup motion notifications to push to my clients HIK connect app but can't seem to work it out. I've drawn my motion windows, enabled push notifications on the app and setup a schedule on the app.
I feel I've not correctly configured the linkage method. Is any one able to provide me with specific instructions on how to setup my 7 cameras to push motiin notifications to HIK connect app?

Where did you made your settings, on the NVR or on the IPC?
If IPC - did you enabled the linkage method "notify service center"?

On the nvr. I've since spoken to Hik Vision uk and theyve explained that there is a bug in the Hik Connect app that only allows camera 1 to push notifications to the App. App will be updated within the next 2 weeks according to Hik Vision- we shall see!!!

You can also use the "old" iVMS4500 App.

No I didn't, but that doesn't affect the push notifications.

In my installation it was important. I used the DNS of the Router and secondary 8.8.8.8.
After the push notifications worked with iVMS 4500 App
