I'm afraid i'm stuck on the new one. But the issue occurred right after i received the Firefox update. What firmware are you running ? Guess the new one had the autotracking option and the old one didn't ? Well not unless you enabled IVS

Have you tried this: Dahua Starlight Varifocal Turret (IPC-HDW5231R-Z)Received firefox security update 55 today and now my life image from my Dahua PTZ is not viewable anymore. Anyone who has experienced this also and has a solution? Help would be very much appreciated.
switched from Firefox to Pale Moon or Sea Monkey .. both versions work.Have you tried this: Dahua Starlight Varifocal Turret (IPC-HDW5231R-Z)
Read the previous posts ....What is the issues with this firmware? I see you said no different than before but looks to have auto tracking without using IVS?
I have also same IR problem...Frank, are you still having network lag issues?
I installed this 6/30 firmware over the 9/16 version.
It helped tremendously with focus, PTZ controls much more responsive.
I've not experienced any net work lag nor any web interface crashes.
And the tracking: Doesn't work worth a darn, with IVS or the new Auto Track.
But, the IR doesn't control correctly now. When zooming, it now turns on the distant IR too soon (zoom 3) and then the distant IR turns off again at zoom 12-13, so out to zoom 25 you only have the normal IR. Do you see this behavior?
Anyone know if by chance If I flashed the same firmware again, it "might" correct the IR issue?
Yeah, i still have it. I cannot set the video higher than 20fps. If i set it to 25fps the video freezes every second. In the previous firmware i could easily set it to 50fps without problems.Frank, are you still having network lag issues?

Should be ok, just make sure you update both the firmware and the PTZ firmware, after you falsh it, please make a default on the webpage. Then done.

I will be Frank, I had been watching for new release, thanks for posting.
I failed to mention, I see the same issue with not being able to go above 25fps, without it lagging badly. 60FPS cause's only about 1 frame every 2-3 seconds.Yeah, i still have it.
