So I have a Hikvision NVR setup at a location with internet access. The NVR has been registered through hik connect. When using ivms 4200, I can access a live view of the cameras, and can play back recorded footage. My issue arises if I attempt to download footage from ivms. Clicking on the download multiple camera footage button yields this box with everything greyed out.
I also cannot use the download button circled here. Nothing happens when I click on it.
I am using iVMS 2.8.2.2 (the latest from what I can find), and i have forwarded these ports to the nvr
80, 8000, 554, and 8200. As far as the rest of the network setup goes, the NVR is behind a unifi security gateway, and connected to the network and cameras through a unifi switch. If you need any more info, please feel free to ask, and thank you for any and all help.
