Recording to nas. Disk not ready. Tried everything.

I have tried to record to nas but get disk not ready error. Tried changing the service log on credentials to the one my nas uses. Logging into the same credentials on windows fire explorer I can add edit and delete files.

Using freenas if that is useful info

Link? I see you keep mentioning a help file on other threads where is that. Also every thread ive seen says change the log on credentials in the service properties. Tried that, didn't work

yes i know where in the file though? what tab? the only thing ive found is saying to change the service logon credentials which i have tried
