So, the good news is I've upgraded my NVR firmware and am now receiving email alerts when an event occurs (line crossing detection) to my gmail account.
The bad news is after a while the emails do not include the images. This occurs when each Camera's Resolution is set for 2048*1536 and the VGA/HDMI Resolution is set at 1920*1080. At first the emails include the image attachments but then after a while the emails still come through, but without the attachments.
After some experimenting, I found if I reduce the Camera Resolution down to 1920*1080p I receive image attachments all the time. However, I'd really like to keep the Camera Resolution at 2048*1536 and continue receiving email alerts with images. Is this how the system is supposed to work? If so, is there anyway to keep the Camera Resolution at 2048*1536 and receive image attachments with the email alerts?
BTW, here's where those settings are and the choices:
Video/Audio > Resolution (choices for each camera): 2048*1536, 1920*1080p, 1280*720p
System > System Settings > Menu Ouput > VGA/HDMI Resolution (choices): 1920*1080/60HZ (1080p), 1600*1200/60HZ, 1280*1024/60HZ, 1280/720/60HZ, 1024*768/60HZ
Thanks for any help with this!
