I'm an AV installer who is branching out into security and have started using Hikvision cameras and NVR.
Currently, I'm running a 3345 as used in this test. I'm in a rural location so outside it's pitch black at night. During the day, I have a fair bit of contrast in my driveway area with hedges etc. that cast shadows in the morning light.
I find when I turn on the WDR, the day light picture is great and I can make out a great amount of low light detail, however at night with the WDR turned on, the picture is incredibly dark and borders on useless and I'm left with a washed-out daylight picture. Obviously I've tried playing with the brightness settings, but this makes the picture wash-out during the daylight hours. Also, I've found that turning off the Smart Supplement Light, that the night performance is better.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with the camera for its price-point and would have no problem recommending it to potential clients.

I am now C O N V I N C E D that my Besafe BS-BH24S200-POE is actually a Longse LBH24A200.
In addition, although the AliExpress "BeSafe" seller I've linked to (above) advertises this camera as IMX322 I believe it actually contains the IMX323 sensor (as reported in the Longse product link above). This is evidenced by the System > System Configuration > Basic Information > Firmware Version: "3516CV200_IMX323_W_6.1.25.1" (which is a Herospeed firmware build).
Longse reports that this is a 3MP camera which runs at 1920*1080. The "BeSafe" seller claims this is a 2MP camera.
Further evidence -- AND A VERY GOOD DEAL BROTHERS -- is presented here in this AliExpress listing for this "BeSafe" camera which states that the "Model Number: is "LBH24S200"
This listing states that there is a three (3) day sale for this camera @ US$39.59 each including free ePacket shipping to the USA.

$40, that's amazing value. I don't care if it's Longse or not, I do care that you've thoroughly tested it and a non-noob can find good uses for this camera. I'm pretty sure my first IMX222 camera cost $200 a few years back!

Contact the seller using the AliExpress seller/product contact form and ask the seller if POE is available for that camera. The answer should be YES. You can then power the camera with a POE Injector or with a POE switch.
