Push Notification not activating on IVMS4500 and HIK Connect.

Alarm push notifications doesn't work on IVMS4500 and HIK CONNECT app.
Can't find device list in ADD option in HIK connect and in IVMS4500 when click on device to add failed.
Can someone suggest what happened.

Ip cam connected to DS-7616NXI-K2/16P poe nvr and we are using samsung s22+ and iphone 14.
Camera's motion detection is enabled and set to notify Surveillance centre.
From mobile app ivms4500 trying to enable push notification decive but it gives error.
In HIK connect app it can enable device but no notifications
 
ivms-4500 is discontinued. you will no longer get push notification.
hik-connect is the replacement, however to get push notification you need to register and not use visitor mode
