Purchased a DAHUA ITC431-RW1F-IRL8 but can not get plug-ins to work

I have a DAHUA ITC431-RW1F-IRL8 but I am unable to get the plug-ins to work on IE. I have read numerous thread tried Palemoon but that made it worse. I could not even log into the camera.

I am using openinternet explorer but again no plugs-ins working thus no way to operate the camera.

Any ideas?
 
Try Edge in IE mode

Internet Explorer works for me.

You might have to delete cache and disable prior plug-ins and start again.

Use IE that is still native to Windows:

How to enable native Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and 11:
  • Open Notepad:
    • Copy then paste the single line of code below into Notepad:
    • CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true
    • Save as OpenIE.vbs
  • Make sure the the file name ends in .vbs not .txt, If it ends in .txt you must rename to .vbs
  • Create a shortcut to the above file and double-click it anytime you want native Internet Explorer.

Thread 'Generic 'Can't reach page' error when trying to log into camera'

Hey all,

I have 3 Dahua cameras connected to a dahua nvr (NVR5232-16p-4ks2e) - all of them are working fine and the feed can be viewed via web browser or via SmartPss. Have had things up and running for a number of years now.

However, when I try to log into one of my cameras via the IE icon on Camera page of the Dahua web service/console, I get a generic browser error:

'Hmmm...can't reach this page.
It looks like the webpage at might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I can log into the other two...

Thank you for all the help. I have tried IE but run into NSIS errors when downloading the we plug in. I also seem to be having issues with ActiveX filtering on IE. I use to have access to my PTZ but even that is no longer pulling up. I also get a Failed log in error even with the correct password when using IE

Figuring out how to access might just be outside of my computer knowledge realm :embarrassed:
