so I'm using (np-rt500p) all working fine
Today -
I went to factory reset the camera (preset: 96), but I enter 95, it show a menu for a few seconds
before disappearing,
I tried to move the camera and nothing,
for some reason the zoom and Focus buttons were fine,
Until I reset the device settings (PTZ, User accounts, etc)
and now northing at all no zoom, no Focus, no movement at all this time
Can anybody help
