hi,
i have a problem with my fisheye camera
the flash is erase
i see only this log

As you seem to have serial console access, there are a couple of things you could try:
First of all, if you don't already have it, get a copy of the right firmware for the camera.
This may be it - but I'm not sure:

Then you should be able to use the tftp recovery process, as u-boot seems to be operating.

Connect both the camera and PC to your router/switch as normal, set the PC IP address to 192.0.0.128, have the digicap.dav in the same folder as the Hikvision-specific tftp updater tftpserve.exe and start the tftpserve.exe program.
Power cycle the camera and observe the status window of the tftp updater.

The next option would be to use the 'update' command at the HKVS# prompt, with the tftp updater running as before.
 
hi,
i am try with PC IP 192.0.0.128 but its not work
so i am config my pc to 192.168.1.128

after reset the camera the device say test tftp and then nothing

but if i am write in HKVS tftpboot
the tftp start copy the file digicav.dav and then nothing
see my snapshot

Have you tried the 'update' command after digicap.dav has been transferred?
There are several update commands - I don't recall which is which, you need to avoid the 'factory update' one.
Try
help update
help upg
help upf
to find which is which.

*edit* Have you tried the standard Hikvision-specific tftp updater with a Win7 PC wired to the switch/router and the Windows firewall disabled and the PC IP address as 192.0.0.128 ?

i am only copy the file for, the pc to the camera
This is nothing other than water
its serche other file but i do not have them
 
It doesn't look like you are using PuTTY - try it - you'll find it works really well, it has a large screen rollback, and you can screen-shot text instead of pictures, much easier.

Have you modified the u-boot environment variables, the bootcmd?
Normally the bootfile would be the Linux kernel image uImage.
You can't boot from a digicap.dav file - that's an encoded firmware image.
