problem hikconnect alarm activation

hello to everyone, i have a problem. I have the camera
Hikvision DS-2CD2442FWD-IW 4MP POE and use app hik connect. I connected the back alarm output through the contacts but unfortunately from the application there is no button to activate alarm output because? before connecting the output alarm, I noticed the button on the application but now no more..
 
unfortunately, hikvision said it is not supported. at this point i will have to use ivms 4500 with static ip :(
