I have DS-2CD3145F-IS and it is powered via POE, I need to get 6 ~ 12v out for microphone, possible in any way? if not, then I have to run power cable for camera. 
POE powered hikvision 12v output possibiliities?

Put a PoE splitter near the camera and drive both the camera and the mic from there. Example:

That camera does not require seperate power for a mic. I have posted before and if you search forums you will find the mini mic that works on it.
