PC hardware for Blue Iris with lower noise

Hi all, with Win 10 EOL fast approaching, I was looking for a PC setup with Win 11. I went through this excellent article:

. While it has great suggestions, it does not address one issue I am most concerned about: NOISE! My PC will be in an area where this becomes an important consideration. Are there any suggestions from experienced forum users about hardware that will minimize noise when it is operating. I will only have 3-4 cams connected normally, when noise is an issue (I connect additional cams when we are not home, and if the noise increases at that time, it is not a huge deal).

All, I have a I7-7700 one, I can't hear it 2 ft away.
