I can not remove password by the calculator.

What does SADP show for the firmware version of the camera?

I can not remove password by the calculator.
Can anyone help me?

There should be a 'reset to default settings' button on the back of the camera.
Press the button, keep pressed, power on, wait 30 seconds.
SADP should show as 'Inactive'.
Activate with your own new password.
