Partial Screen Displayed, not Full

My Hik Doorbell (Laview firmware ...doorbell is the same DB: Laview, EZviz, RCA, etc) camera was working fine for 8 months and then 2 weeks ago it started only displaying a part of the screen.
I also have 9 Samsung cams (2 diff models) and they never have an issue.

Is this a setting issue?

It was working great for me until a few days ago (firmware has been on Laview for many month, working fine). The screenshot is attached is what Blue Iris shows on the app directly, web page, and android app... BUT when I connect to the doorbell with the Android Ezview app, then BI shows it full/correctly for 10-20 seconds later, bam... back to the odd partial view.

Are you zoomed in? I have the mousewheel setup to Zoom in/out and other users have done that and left it like that...

do you have the area of interest option selected in the video tab in BI?
Nope and it only happened on BI. But, BI would properly display it if the doorbell app was displaying the video. So I made another, fresh, cam device in BI... same issue. So then I Factory reset the DB and still using the original/old doorbell device in BI, its beenworking fine for a few days now.

REALLY weird.
