My Hik Doorbell (Laview firmware ...doorbell is the same DB: Laview, EZviz, RCA, etc) camera was working fine for 8 months and then 2 weeks ago it started only displaying a part of the screen.
I also have 9 Samsung cams (2 diff models) and they never have an issue.
Is this a setting issue?
It was working great for me until a few days ago (firmware has been on Laview for many month, working fine). The screenshot is attached is what Blue Iris shows on the app directly, web page, and android app... BUT when I connect to the doorbell with the Android Ezview app, then BI shows it full/correctly for 10-20 seconds later, bam... back to the odd partial view.
