PAL or NTSC on HIKVISION Cams in the US

Im not sure what settings the video should be recording. Any suggestions?
 
Hikvision right now no difference for PAL and NTSC now, IP ones, PAL and NTSC no difference, dahua IP cams' firmware also will all be one later this year, 1-2 months later we will see this change.

For cameras where the video output is all digital, it doesn’t really make much of a difference. It did matter back in the days of analog video out.
 
pal usually limits your fps to 25 if im not mistaken vs ntsc 30fps if thats what the camera supports.

besides that no real difference
