OWSOO NVR 16CH - Remote access?

Hi all.

I can't seem to get remote access from NVSIP on my phone to work.
I've port forwarded port 9101 and 80, with no luck.
I also added dynamic dns (DDNS), no luck.
I get a connection timeout.

Am I missing any ports? The manual coming with this product is SO lacking, I can't get anything out of it.

Also - I do pay for a consistent static IP.

Check that you really have with a service such as ShieldsUp! GRC | ShieldsUP! — Internet Vulnerability Profiling   using the full port scan.

Presumably you are using HTTP port 80 when browsing the web GUI on the LAN?

Yes when I use the horrible online interface, I use the port 80.

Will give the ShieldsUP! a test. Edit: Update: 80 and 9101 are fully open and accessible.

Yes I have full access through port 80 to the webGUI.
