Other Hikvision IP Cameras Password reset with out removing camera.

Good Evening, All

I am having almost 29 Hikvision & Vivotek cameras that have error with wrong user name password, and network unreachable. I am still new with IP cameras. I do not have the password of the cameras, cannot find the previous install that put the passwords on with installation.
Is their no other way that I can reset cameras to put new username and password with out removing them from wall .

There are few things you can do:

1. If camera contain a reset button follow these steps:
-Unplug camera
-Hold reset button
-Plug in camera while holding a reset button
-Release reset button after 15s

2. If the camera models/fimwares are within the public reset tools you can use them. Also might wanna check RCE shell access if its newer cam but outdated.

3. Export XML files and send to Hikvision and hope that whoever will be on other side, will have a good day.

What does SADP show for the models and firmware versions of the cameras?
Many of the older firmware versions have security weaknesses that allow passwords to be extracted.

I managed to reset Hikvision cameras with the SADP tools, through my supplier they did it very fast .

Only the Vivotek camera that are giving me problems with reset admin and passwords.

Are there no other tool that I can reset passwords on Vivotek cameras.

I am using this Shepherd software attached but no joy with it.
