No - the dude that came out of the house and looked at it - was that his truck and did he jump into and just back up into place like nothing happened LOL.
Heck, I never saw anybody jump back into anything and back up. The video I saw ends with the van kissing the little truck's ass 
At 0:16, a second after the van starts rolling, the resolution switches to hi-rez....is this the effect of a cam on substream until motion is detected?
