There's nobody in the drivers seat so I don't think he backed up like nothing happened. No "he".

No - the dude that came out of the house and looked at it - was that his truck and did he jump into and just back up into place like nothing happened LOL.

Heck, I never saw anybody jump back into anything and back up. The video I saw ends with the van kissing the little truck's ass

At 0:16, a second after the van starts rolling, the resolution switches to hi-rez....is this the effect of a cam on substream until motion is detected?

Van belongs to the guy who came out the duplex on the right. The guy cleaning the storm door is the owner of the ranger who rolled it in my other post.
