ONVIF device manager question

I'm struggling trying to add a Dahua PTZ camera to my Hikvision NVR. I read that I could use onvif device manager to get some of the required string info in order to set up a custom protocol (Stream path specifically) . I cannot get anywhere with this application. Anything I try to do gives me a "sender not authorized" error. Any suggestions what I may be doing wrong? Thanks.

Generally what I'd think from this is that an incorrect logon ID/password has been given to ODM in the login dialogue at the top left of the window.
If that is the case, and you are able to fix it, the ONVIF port is in the URL at the bottom of the Identification page.
But I think there have been some posts about Dahua cameras not behaving properly with ODM.

That would be for an RTSP connection?
The RTSP URL will hopefully be at the bottom of the Live Video page.
