NVR5216-16P-4KS2E and vth1510ch

Hello everyone, I have NVR5216-16P-4KS2E and a doorbell system with vth1510ch, I used to be able to see the nvr cameras through the screen but after upgrading the nvr firmware, I can't anymore. Is there any setting I can do ?

Just do factory reset to the VTH and re-add again.
