NVR to nas recording solution.

Hello all. I have been reading up on these forums for a while and finally bought my first IP cam. I bought a 4m Reolink bullet cam and have been using its built in direct write to nas function for storage. Unfortunately its a nightmare to go through all the false recordings and the software from reolink leaves a lot to be desired. What i think id like to go with is a NVR that can record directly to a nas without using an internal drive. Im having troubles finding such a unit.
From what I gathered I think the Hikvision DS7600 series will work but im not totally sure?

In what way do you believe that putting an NVR in between the camera and the NAS will reduce the quantity of "false recordings"?
It's the camera that generates the events that create the recordings or give rise to recording actions.
Presumably that will be unchanged.

I'm hoping that the NVR will have better integration with regards to manage the footage.
