NVR push problem

Hi,
I don't receive IVS push notification from NVR to my iphone with app DMSS
I've this hardware:

• NVR NVR4108-P-4KS2 firmware V4.001.0000003.0, Data della build: 27-07-2020
• 3 IPC-HDW2231R-ZS camera
• 1 IPC-HDW5231R-Z camera

IVS alarm are recognised from the nvr, but push to phone doesn't work
I've subscription to IVS alarm from the app DMSS
any idea?

thanks at all

on the app, click the message tab, then click the + sign on the top left. turn it on, then select either ai analysis and choose which alert you turned on or select motion detection.

I've re-define IVS rules and now it works!
