I do not think your cameras are outputting a sub stream.
You will need to login to the camera and adjust sub stream settings.

How are they plugged into the NVR?
Does NVR have a built in switch or do you use a separate network switch?
You will need to use a computer to configure them.
ONVIF setup does not work with a phone app.

NVR and connect with the modem of my fixed line, to configure onfiv, I use onvif device manager for windows, from this program it shows me everything, but I don't know how to configure it
