NVR DS-7108N-SN problem TFTP

Hello,
I wanted downgraded my NVR DS-7108N-SN which was in V3.0.10 build 141128 towards build V3.0.7 140725 via TFTP server but impossible. I tried on Windows 7, 8 and XP. I do not know any more what to try and since my NVR is not usable any more. Below the log.

TFTP server[192.0.0.128] initialized
Device[192.0.0.64] test tftpserver
Device[192.0.0.64] test tftpserver
Connect client[192.0.0.64] success
Start file[C:\cam\digicap.dav] transmitting
Resend required
Connect client failure,0

In spite of the error message at the end, the downgrad in worked and I found my NVR with SADP.
My error was that my NVR was not connected to my TV thus I thought that that not worked not.

Where did you get the firmware. I have been looking for V3.0.7. Build 140725 for my DS-7108N-SN for months. Can you point me it the right direction?
