No frills non-POE NVR that supports 9 channels 4k@30fps

I’m looking for a basic DVR that supports at least 10 channels for simultaneous recording at 4k. I don’t need POE, AI detections, notifications, etc. I prefer to buy/install hard drive myself. My cameras are mostly Dahua/Amcrest, but I also have ONVIF cameras. I prefer Dahua/Amcrest NVR, all else being equal. Any suggestions?

The cameras are all exposed to HomeKit via Scrypted, so the DVR would only really be used “just in case” we need higher quality footage.
