TonyR, Thank you for your help. Yes, I have a SD Card but it shows only about 1/3 full. I can't find how to check the amount of cloud storage, but I have selected to use the SD Card storage. It's strange the WiFi signal shows strong, and we get notifications of birds landing and it even ID's the bird in most cases; we just not receiving any video of the bird. With my limited knowledge, it seems the motion detection and ID functions of the camera is working, its just not sending video??!!
Is there a chance the camera has gone bad. It's just a month old. We posted the question to Birdkiss Customer Service and finally received an answer, but unfortunately their answer in no way addressed the problem we posted. I believe the Forum route is our best bet.
