No Camera Capture

Birdkiss Smart Bird Feeder with camera worked beautifully for approximately 30 days. Four days ago, although we continued to receive activity notifications and type of bird , we stopped receiving videos of the birds. The WIFi shows a strong signal.


We have tried, unsuccessfully, to reconnect via the troubleshooting steps in the Birdkiss manual but we have been unable to get it to work. Thanking anyone in advance for any help. Don Ford
 
Is there a SD card in the camera and its full?
Or are the videos sent to their cloud and your free allotment is full?
 
TonyR, Thank you for your help. Yes, I have a SD Card but it shows only about 1/3 full. I can't find how to check the amount of cloud storage, but I have selected to use the SD Card storage. It's strange the WiFi signal shows strong, and we get notifications of birds landing and it even ID's the bird in most cases; we just not receiving any video of the bird. With my limited knowledge, it seems the motion detection and ID functions of the camera is working, its just not sending video??!!
Is there a chance the camera has gone bad. It's just a month old. We posted the question to Birdkiss Customer Service and finally received an answer, but unfortunately their answer in no way addressed the problem we posted. I believe the Forum route is our best bet.
