No audio recording from IPC-E3541F-AS-M

I recently installed a 3541 and have noticed that it isnt recording audio. I am using the same NVR5216-16P-4KS2E as my other 5442 cameras and those are recording audio fine. Is there a setting I need to update to get that working for my 3541?

Audio is disabled by default - make sure you enable it in the camera GUI.

I have it enabled but the audio seems to be only working on the phone app and not when viewing live or recording directly from the NVR.
