Hi everyone, we're running UI3 version 5.6.3.7 which has been great. However, my fiancée pointed out to me today that there's no audio when viewing cameras live in UI3 or when viewing alerts on her iPhone 14 Pro. I'm an Android user so I can't say if it was ever working for her, but it's always worked for me.
In iOS, I tried Chrome and Safari and audio doesn't work in either. When the audio codec is set to FLAC in UI3, a yellow message prompt displays saying that the audio codec would automatically be changed to u-law because FLAC isn't supported. That should be fine, I'm using u-law in Android and it works as expected. Audio also works fine using UI3 in a browser on Windows 11.
Any possible solutions for getting audio working in UI3 on iOS?
