Sorry for the late reply — it's been a hectic week! Just a heads-up, I'm still fairly new to electronics, but I was able to confirm that the battery is charged (the multimeter showed voltage). I also checked the pins for continuity and didn’t get anything, and even with the battery connected, I wasn't seeing any voltage at the pins. I noticed the board can be removed, so I’m wondering if the underside — where the pins connect — might need a closer inspection?
