So I gave up trying to fight with wireless connection issues and signal drops..I went wired..Lol

But my question is to aid Blue iris in getting a better faster signal is there anything inside a LAN network to help transfer from camera via cat 5 to router...like a booster of sorts.??

The longest run of cat 5 is 60ft.

...new to this, so not sure whats available on markets.

60 feet is well within the limits for network cable. What exactly is the problem you are trying to solve?

Perhaps you are looking for a switch? Amazon.com: TP-LINK TL-SG1005D 10/100/1000Mbps 5-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch, 10Gbps Capacity: Electronics Though this isn't going to make your network faster necessarily...
