New Firmware for DH-IPC-HDW5442TM-AS

I need to update the firmware for this camera and when I go onto the relevant page on the Dahua site there are 4 options for firmware:

Which one do I choose? NP or PN versions? (I am in an area where Pal signals are used, not NTSC)

in the latest new firmware which released last week, all 5 series 4.0 AI models use the same firmware, so all fixed lens and motorized lens use the same firmware.
