Hi guys i can't view my cctv footage from an NVR DS-7616NI-I2 / 16P

my mac can't play the file the web app gives me with VS PLAYER with my 4k camera file the cam it self is a
DS-2CD2385FWD-I

not sure what is happening it won't play back it will play back on all my 4mp and 2mp cams but not the 8mp cam
i see the footage can play it back on the nvr it self and via ivms-4200 back can't play it back local once downloaded

need give the footage to police asap

Give them it anyway and let them know it's UHD, it will likely be fine with their systems.
