Motion detect playback -- Amcrest View Pro -- Android

The video clips; There's always a 30-second lead on 'motion detect' playback. I don't believe it's anything to do with the cameras. When I use Amcrest Surveillance Pro for WIndows PC, searching by event brings me directly to the beginning of the detected motion.

Anyone know of a workaround / fix?
 
I't's not a major problem for me. I'd rather not waste their precious time, unless it is a matter that will help further your Tech Support's knowledgebase as well.

After playing around with some settings, I think It might be a 'feature' on the mobile app. When I set the camera to record ONLY events, I do not have the anomaly on mobile app.

It is only when I set the camera to record full time AND flag events. On mobile app, I consistently get displaed a 30-second lead time before the actual event. I can even see a dark tic mark in the green timeline banner showing where the actual motion starts.

I'll play around with the mobile app a bit more, then I might contact support. There may be a nice adjustable feature that I am yet unaware of.

As I do currently suggest and install Amcrest cameras for others, it will be nice to be more knowledgable about the various options.
