I't's not a major problem for me. I'd rather not waste their precious time, unless it is a matter that will help further your Tech Support's knowledgebase as well.
After playing around with some settings, I think It might be a 'feature' on the mobile app. When I set the camera to record ONLY events, I do not have the anomaly on mobile app.
It is only when I set the camera to record full time AND flag events. On mobile app, I consistently get displaed a 30-second lead time before the actual event. I can even see a dark tic mark in the green timeline banner showing where the actual motion starts.
I'll play around with the mobile app a bit more, then I might contact support. There may be a nice adjustable feature that I am yet unaware of.
