Medium size trigger not working

I am having problems getting BI to trigger. For example when a person walks past my mailbox. Cars and trucks work find.
Attached is a snapshot of the motion sensor settings.
I tried not using zones & hotspots, but that did not help. Normally this is set to avoid triggers from wind and trees.
I tried various contrast settings 28-68, that did not help.
Object travels is set to 100.
Cross zones - disabled.
Object size exceeds 69%

BI Release: 4.8.4.3 x64 (Windows 10 Pro).

What am I doing wrong?

I set a Zone A to the area that I want to look at. No others were modified.
However, as I said above, I tried unchecking this option to see if it helped. Checked & unchecked failed to trigger a person.

Can you post an image of the options set? Also - try unchecking the entire option. I have cameras working with zone crossing and hotspots and I also have cams that trigger with none of those options picked. Worst case scenario, you should be able to delete the camera and re-add it. There must be something in one of those options you have checked that is causing this issue.
