main steam live view black screen

I got DS-2CD2335-I hooked up to 7600 series NVR but my main stream sometimes gone black screen.
I sometimes has to cycle and power off the NVR and Camera to get it to work again
but the sub stream is fine, anyone know what is up?
 
PoE connection for power and network, it looks like a reoccurring thing now it turns black screen every day after I dont know how long (as i dont look at the screen all the time) but within a day
 
Ok I got it sorted, I change the streaming protocol from UDP to TCP, I thought UDP would be more efficent but it ain't working
