Lost a camera!

I have been running BI successfully for several months using 3 Hikvision cameras (all different models).

Suddenly today I have lost one of my cameras when accessing on my LAN using the BI app on my iPhone and 3 iPads. I have not changed any settings that I am aware of and all three cameras can be seen on BI on my PC.
Can someone please offer assistance?

What do you mean you lost it? You lost the feed or the camera isn't in BI at all anymore? Can you see the camera in the desktop software?

I did say in my post that I can see all 3 cameras in BI on my PC
