I've had Dahua 2MP 30x IR PTZ since 2015 and it's been giving me issues with the PTZ in cold weather not working.

Any suggestions on a newer model with better image and maybe more zoom range? I've been pretty happy with the camera over the last 7 years.

I have this one

I was looking somewhere in the $1,500 range. The PTZ i have now that is old once you zoom in the picture quality goes down hill. The end of my property line is 700 feet away and my mailbox is 1,200 feet away from the house. I don't think any camera will do that distance at night but i keep getting people on ATVs and such hunting.

I have been spoiled by the IPC-Color4K-T180.

I have been looking at that one just wondering how much of a upgrade it would be over what i have now. Would be great if it followed people.

1500usd can't buy too good ptz, so just add some budget to buy the SD8C845FG-HNF. The 1/1.2cmos and super AI is really good.
