looking for software to read this file

Hi everyone, this is the first time i join forum, i extract fw of XM dvr, and found this file, i want to modify it, anyone know which software can do it ? i used notepad++, but some letter it cant copy

If it's Windows, you can use 7-Zip
But the content is an ARM executable - you will need much more than the ability to extract from an archive if you want to modify it.

i know 7zip, but extract isn't my problem, i'm looking for a program to read the file after extract

There is nothing to rival Hex-rays IDA - but it's quite expensive, though the free version is worth checking out.
